Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you use syntorian.com or create a client account on it. By creating an account you agree to them. “We” means Syntorian; “you” means you and the business you use the account for.

Your account

  • Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You’re responsible for what’s done through your account and by the people you add to your business.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you add.

Requests

Your account is how you ask us for work: a new or redesigned website, booking, fixes, changes or cancelling a service. Sending a request doesn’t commit either of us to the work until we’ve agreed it with you.

Some request types (fixing something, or adding or changing something on your site) come with a monthly allowance set for your business. Unused requests don’t carry over.

Our agreement with you

The specific work, prices, payment schedule and any monthly fee are set out in a separate written agreement with your business. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Your content

Your photos, words, logos and other material stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build, run and improve your website and to do the work you ask for. Make sure you have the right to use anything you send us.

We won’t show your website or business as an example of our work without your permission.

Cancelling

To cancel a service, send a cancellation request from your account. Notice periods, final payments and what happens to your website and content when a service ends are set out in your agreement.

You can delete your account in Settings once no service is running. We may suspend or close an account that’s used to break the law, attack our systems or abuse our team.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t try to get into accounts, data or systems that aren’t yours.
  • Don’t use the site to send spam, malware or anything unlawful.
  • Don’t overload or interfere with the site.

Availability

We work to keep this site and the sites we run online and secure, but we can’t promise they’ll never be interrupted. The site is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we don’t give warranties beyond what’s in your agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for anything relating to this site or your account is limited to what your business paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell account holders by email before it applies; continuing to use your account after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Syntorian is based. Questions: admin@syntorian.com.
